Jemapur Release Party this Weds!
WKTLABの新しいアーティスト、Jemapur（ジェマパー）によるフルアルバム「Evacuation」(CD+DVD)が11/26にリリースされました。リリースパーティーが青山、「月見ル想フ」にて、12/10 今週水曜に行われます。先日の国技館、「A-Hum Music Festival」でのオープニング・ライブセットも大好評だった22歳、新世代アーティストによるソリッドなライブパフォーマンスを体験しにきてください。出演アーティストは、Cutsigh (Audio Active)、Manathol、DJ Kei。VJは、W+K Tokyo LabとMasato Tsutsui。

The newest album from Hifana, Japanese breakbeats duo who has impressed club and hip-hop audiences worldwide with their revolutionary live performance methods, entitled 24H, was released on 7.28.2010. With the concept of “one day, 24 hours,” starting in the waking hours, and going through the day and back to sleep, the album features 12 music+video tracks seamlessly connected into one master work of audio-visual animation and film, over 43 minutes long.

W+K Tokyo Lab has just launched an official mobile site on NTT Docomo, AU and SoftBank. W+K Lab Mobile features content based on the LAB’s work since its launch, including high quality “Kisekae” (Downloadable skin with multi layers and icons for mobile phones), “Machiuke Flash” downloadable screen savers) and original ring tones by LAB artist Hifana. The site will be updated regularly with various types of mobile contents. Stay tuned.
